If you’re looking for a promising career with a great company that offers competitive pay and attractive benefits, you’ve come to the right place.\nDispatcher Description:\nProactively plan, forecast, and dispatch service calls for our Service Technicians\nManage and organize customer service calls before deploying them to the Service Technician\nAccurately dispatch the required Service Technician with the right skill level for each service call, minimizing unnecessary costs and building customer confidence\nCommunicate the status of the service call to the customer during the process and follow up after completion\nWork closely with the Call Center Manager and Service Technicians to provide administrative tracking support\nContinually review processes and services to make recommendations/proposals to improve and enhance the customer experience\nCollaborate with Call Center Managers, Service Technicians, and Customer Service Representatives to support and promote multiple business solutions for both short- and long-term growth opportunities\nAuthentically promote and adhere to the company’s vision, mission, core values, and brand\nHave fun working with a vibrant, talented team\nJob Requirements:\nMinimum 1 year of dispatch experience in the home service industry (plumbing experience is a plus)\nStrong organizational skills to meet customer service delivery requirements on time, every day\nProficiency in company computer systems to organize all service calls and customer information (Microsoft Office and ServiceTitan experience are a plus)\nHigh attention to detail and consistent follow-up when required\nExcellent math, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills\nFlexibility to work on a rotation of Saturdays is required.
