countries or regions, considering factors such as consumer preferences, distribution channels, and economic trends.\nCustomer Acquisition and Relationship Management:\nProspect and establish relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and importers.\nLeverage existing networks and conduct outbound sales activities.\nEnsure alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.\nProvide ongoing support and communication to international clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.\nMarket Intelligence and Analysis:\nStay informed about global market trends, trade policies, and regulatory changes.\nAnalyze sales performance data, market feedback, and competitive intelligence.\nIdentify opportunities for growth and optimization.\nGenerate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making within the export sales department.\nOrder Processing and Logistics:\nCoordinate with internal departments (logistics, shipping, finance) to facilitate the export process.\nMonitor shipment progress and proactively communicate with customers to provide updates and address any delays or issues.\nSkills/Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade, marketing, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in export sales, Business Development or related roles.\nExcellent communication / presentation skills and ability to communicate.\nFluent in English and Arabic.\nStrong analytical skills\nAbility to interpret complex data and translate it into useful and actionable
