Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Controller (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Std./Wo.).

Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte

  • Koordination und Erstellung der jährlichen Wirtschafts- und Investitionsplanung in Abstimmung mit den operativen Bereichen
  • Analyse und Kommentierung der Geschäftssituation und -entwicklung (Monatsabschlüsse und Forecasts)
  • Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen bei negativen Ergebnisabweichungen
  • Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Reports
  • Konzeption entscheidungsrelevanter Analysen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Reporting-Tools

Ihr Qualifikationsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Controlling, alternativ kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Controller
  • Berufserfahrung im Controlling sowie in der Durchführung von Analysen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Bildungsbranche und Fachkenntnisse im Bereich arbeitsmarktpolitischer Instrumente
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office-Programmen (insbesondere Excel), SAP-Erfahrung wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte und zielorientierte Vorgehensweise sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten, selbstständige serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise, Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent sowie Teamfähigkeit
