This role provides transactional and administrative support for HR initiatives.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for employee data changes and payroll data in ADP WFN.\nCommunicate benefit information to employees, enroll employees process changes to their status, maintain employee benefits files, and support the Benefits Manager in investigating and resolving problems.\nEnsure compliance with government regulations and reporting requirements covering the benefits area. \nAssist with the internal and external recruitment and employment process for posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and preboarding/onboarding process and support management.\nMaintain Human Resources records ensuring confidentiality and limited access according to procedure, posted notices, maintained records, investigated and resolved employee complaints, and recommended changes necessary to achieve compliance.\nProvide support and backup in addressing safety and health incidents.\nCoordinate site-specific events and initiatives.\nExperience, Skills, Education:\nMust have an Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree is preferred.\nAt least 1 year of related HR experience required.\nKnowledge of human resources systems, policies, and practices.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and PowerPoint.\nExperience with HRIS systems.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. \nAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.\nEqual Employment Opportunity:\nB&G Foods is an equal opportunity/affirmativeaction employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
