Develop reporting systems and create new reports in addition to maintaining existing reports that monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights to the team. Analyze data to provide insights and identify opportunities for improvement.\nResponsibilities:\nCreate and provide canned and ADHOC sales reporting as business dictates.\nComplete store mapping analysis, pre- and post-modular updates, providing insights to the team for gap-fill recommendations, and gaining added points of distribution.\nIdentify profitable display opportunities at the store level utilizing syndicated and POS data.\nTrack store-level performance and inventory sell-through to reduce or eliminate unwarranted deductions, returns, or markdowns.\nProvide retail pricing analysis of competitive items at retailer and in the remaining market with recommendations for pricing action.\nMaintain internal price list information for retailer.\nCreate and maintain reports in systems as dictated by current business needs.\nUtilize Nielsen & Circana tools, with the the Category team when researching sales and retail changes.\nExperience, Skills, Education:\nAt least 1 year of experience, internship experience is acceptable.\nA bachelor's degree is required.\nPossesses excellent decision-making skills.\nPossess proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.\nMust have the ability to multi-task projects and continually prioritize workload as customer and internal demands require, ensuring deadlines are met.\nMust have excellent time management and organizational skills.\nMust have strong project management capabilities.\nMust have basic skills in AC Nielsen & Circana.\nCompensation:\nHiring Pay Range:\n$58,575.00 - $78,100.00Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity.
