This role will work closely with business stakeholders and analysts to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable - enabling smarter, data-driven decisions.\nThe position is remote in Pakistan and with working hours Monday through Friday 4:00am ET to 1:00pm ET or similar schedule.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2) to support BI reporting and analytics.\nDevelop and optimize medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) for both structured and unstructured data.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance data solutions.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and governance across multiple sources and systems.\nLeverage SQL and scripting languages (e.g., PySpark) to transform, clean, and prepare data for dashboards and reports.\nSupport the implementation and integration of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.\nMonitor performance and proactively troubleshoot issues across data pipelines and reporting environments.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n2-3 years of experience in data engineering, BI development, or analytics infrastructure.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric ecosystem (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2) and SQL.\nExperience working with medallion architectures, data modeling, and ETL/ELT pipelines.\nFamiliarity with BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data governance best practices.\nStrong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.\nCompensation: 5,000,000 PKR - 7,000,000 PKR per year\nWhat We Offer\nAt BGBx, we invest in our people because exceptional talent drives exceptional work.
