Accurately maintain customer information including contact details, addresses and order history. Notify customers of their order status and when orders are ready for delivery or pick up.\nCustomer Experience - Build and nurture relationships with customers and stakeholders, serving as a key point of contact for customer inquiries. Provide product consultation and product recommendation based on needs.\nTeamwork and Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with the Customer Service, Warehouse, Sales and Service teams to meet customer requirements. Actively participate in the development, testing, and implementation of new processes and systems to enhance the customer experience\nThe right candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications on their resume:\n2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
