This role provides strategic leadership for the Northern Region, with accountability for operational performance, regional profitability, customer relationships, workforce development, and safety. \nIf you're a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a passion for developing people, this role is for you. \nThe day-to-day activities of our Regional Service Manager will include: \nOperational Leadership – Provide strategic leadership for regional service operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while driving continuous improvement and operational consistency across multiple locations. \nPeople Leadership – Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning by coaching, mentoring, and developing Field Supervisors, technicians, and support staff while attracting and retaining top talent. \nFinancial Leadership – Own the region's financial success by managing the Profit & Loss (P&L), optimizing operational performance, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and support sustainable growth. \nCommitment to Safety – Lead by example to ensure safety remains at the forefront of every decision, fostering a proactive safety culture that protects employees, meets regulatory requirements, and promotes continuous improvement. \nCollaboration Mindset – Build strong working relationships across internal departments to support seamless service delivery, consistent customer experiences, and effective information flow. \nContinuous Improvement -
