# Area Cleaning Supervisor

SUMMARY The Area Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for the effective operations of the cleaning service through planning, quality control and management of the site Cleaners. Reporting to the Property Manager, the Area Supervisor is to set high standards for cleaning and to ensure those standards are met. They are to maintain and achieve our customer standard by the most economical use of materials, equipment and manpower. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES People Leadership Demonstrates strong, competent leadership for team members to guide them in reaching their full potential and meeting their objectives, which supports achievement of our corporate goals. Specifically, these responsibilities include but not limited to: · Full involvement with recruiting talent. · Provides mentoring, coaching and guidance to all team members. · Objectively recommends compensation adjustments. · Manages all aspects of performance. · Make decisions in matters of employment, training, discipline, termination of staff under their jurisdiction. · Conduct evaluation interviews for cleaning personnel.
