You'll look after reporting, compliance and account administration, making sure the client receives accurate, timely information about how its technical facilities are performing.\nThis is a varied, part-time role working three days a week, with scheduled travel to other client sites including Clayton and Baulkham Hills. It suits someone organised and detail-focused who enjoys working with data and reports, and is comfortable engaging with technicians, vendors and client representatives.\nYou'll be joining a genuinely great team who have worked together for a long time, share knowledge freely, and enjoy a positive and supportive environment. We'd love to welcome someone with strong interpersonal skills who values collaboration and enjoys contributing to a cohesive team culture.\nKey Responsibilities\nCompile monthly account performance reports, technical service reports and Power BI performance reporting.\nTrack client SLAs and KPIs, and coordinate responses to Requests for Information.\nKeep CMMS records, site listings and asset data accurate and up to date.\nProcess, reconcile and track invoices, purchase orders and client expenditure, and support month-end accruals.\nTrack operations budgets and minor project finances and progress.\nManage SharePoint records, document audits and the account's local process register.\nSupport statutory and contract compliance, including chemical and asbestos reports and workplace HSE audits.\nCoordinate team meetings, training events and BSafe administration.\nBuild positive working relationships with technicians, vendors, client representatives and the BGIS team. \nEducation, Experience & Skills\nEssential:\nExperience in a facilities management, property or project environment.\nStrong Excel skills and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.\nStrong administration skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.\nExperience preparing written reports and reporting on KPIs and financial information.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.\nHigh School Certificate or equivalent.\nDesirable:\nExperience or understanding of technical facilities, such as electrical, HVAC, fire, UPS, HV/LV, generators or DC systems.\nAsset management experience.\nEngineering or technical background, or qualifications in facilities management.\nExperience with Power BI and CMMS platforms.\nTraining in WHS, QA and environmental systems.\nWorkplace Flexibility\nThis is a permanent, part-time position of 24 hours per week across any three days. The role is based on-site with free onsite parking and includes scheduled travel to other client sites such as Clayton and Baulkham Hills.
