Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you'll make sure services are delivered safely, consistently and in line with contractual KPIs, working closely with the client and an embedded team of tradespeople.\nThis is a highly client-facing role in a well-structured environment with clearly documented processes. We'd love to welcome someone who values collaboration and enjoys contributing to a cohesive and positive team culture.\nThis site is also committed to professional development, with strong support for training and upskilling opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee delivery of the Services Agreement, making sure contractual KPIs are consistently met.\nCoordinate planned and reactive maintenance delivered by the on-site team and subcontractors.\nPlan and program prescribed maintenance using the CMMS, keeping data and reports accurate.\nManage subcontractors, including WHS documentation, assessment of completed works and payments.\nSupport contract financial performance, including invoice review, cost management and the annual budget.\nHelp develop scopes of works and contract documentation in line with BGIS procurement processes.\nPrepare and obtain approvals for variations and additional works.\nBuild strong, trusted relationships with client representatives and run client meetings.\nPrepare monthly and ad hoc reports.\nMake sure WHS inductions, risk assessments and safe work practices are in place for all contract work.\nFollow and help refine the site's documented processes and support continuous improvement. \nEducation, Experience & Skills\nEssential:\nExperience in facilities management or integrated property services.\nSound technical understanding of building services and maintenance.\nExcellent client relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.\nKnowledge of legislative and statutory requirements for maintenance activities.\nSound financial and commercial understanding.\nExperience working within QA, WHS and environmental systems.\nComfortable working within well-documented processes and procedures.\nProficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and CMMS platforms.\nDesirable:\nExperience in high-security or similarly controlled environments.\nTrade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical) or post-trade qualification.\nFormal qualifications in Facilities Management.\nExperience with collaborative, relationship or alliance contracting.\nEnvironmental, ESD or energy management experience.\nWorkplace Flexibility\nThis is a full time, permanent position based on-site in Craigieburn with some flexibility that can be discussed in interview.
