We pride ourselves on our collaborative and inclusive culture, and on maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and service.\nPurpose of the Role\nBGIS is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to look after the day-to-day facilities operations of a major justice precinct in the Sydney CBD. You'll be embedded on-site with the client, supported by your BGIS manager and working with client representatives every day to keep the building safe, compliant and running smoothly.\nThis is a highly client-facing role with regular contact at a senior level, including members of the judiciary and court registry staff. Your poise, clear communication and professional presence will matter as much as your technical knowledge. You'll work closely with your BGIS manager, who is also based on site, with the support of the wider BGIS business behind you. The role offers daily engagement with a broad range of client stakeholders.\nThe ideal candidate has a trade background and is comfortable with technology. You'll be the on-site expert who explains things clearly, and who helps your manager get the most from the digital systems we use.
