Reporting to the Regional Services Manager, you'll be the go-to person across Friday to Sunday, making sure weekend works are delivered safely, on time and within contractual KPIs.\nOver the weekend, you'll be the main point of contact for the client, vendors and the BGIS Operations Centre. You'll make day-to-day decisions, solve problems as they come up, and keep everyone informed with clear updates and handovers.\nThe ideal candidate is organised, proactive and a logical thinker. You're comfortable owning your weekend and using sound judgement, and you communicate clearly so the weekday team always knows where things stand.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee all weekend works, making sure they are delivered within contractual KPIs.\nReview and approve contractor work permits so works can start and finish on time.\nComplete safety observations for all work orders raised over the weekend.\nWork with the BGIS Operations Centre to allocate works to the right subcontractors.\nFollow up urgent works with subcontractors to make sure they are completed on time.\nMonitor and respond to BMS alerts across the portfolio, assessing them and raising work orders as needed.\nKeep the client and Regional Services Manager updated through WhatsApp as works progress.\nCommunicate with business units affected by emergency works, including progress updates.\nProvide vendor escorting where required.\nReview payment claims and sign off completed works.\nSupport essential services compliance, WHS and environmental requirements.\nProvide after-hours on-call support across the weekend. \nEducation, Experience & Skills\nEssential:\nExperience in facilities management or integrated property services.\nExperience overseeing subcontractors and site-based teams.\nSound commercial and contract understanding.\nUnderstanding of technical legislation relating to facilities maintenance.\nExperience working within QA, WHS and environmental systems.\nExcellent communication skills, including clear reporting and handovers.\nStrong problem-solving skills and comfort making decisions on your own, with support available when needed.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms.\nAvailability for the weekend roster and after-hours on-call.\nDesirable:\nExperience in aviation or another complex, high-risk environment.\nQualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Commerce, Business or a related discipline.\nTraining in current WHS, QA and environmental legislation and systems.\nExperience monitoring BMS alerts.\nWorkplace Flexibility\nThis is a permanent, part-time position based on-site at Mascot, working Friday to Sunday.
