The candidate should have a track record of effective collaboration and exemplary interpersonal skills while embodying a roll-up the sleeves attitude to attain common goals and objectives.\nAs a versatile team member, you have the ability to strategically manage competing priorities while interacting and influencing both business leads and customers with financial insights that drive bottom line results or improve customer satisfaction.\nKEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nFINANCIAL REPORTING & COMPLIANCE:\nManage the monthly/quarterly/year-end financial reporting process\nPreparation and compilation of financial reporting packages- internal & to client \nResponsible for the accuracy of the financial information\nDevelop reports to provide accurate and high quality financial insights \nCollaborate with the client finance counterparts on month end close activities \nPreparation of all reporting deadline calendars\nEnsure accounting operations are Audit compliant/SOX\nSupport during client monthly financial review meetings\nPLANNING AND ANALYSIS\nManage annual planning and analysis cycles \nDirecting and managing FP&A activities\nConducts in-depth financial analysis and makes recommendations \nResponds to internal and external client requests for ad hoc analysis\nConducts in-depth financial analysis and makes recommendations to Senior Finance and Operations Management\nPROCESS OPTIMIZATION:\nLead a review of existing finance and accounting processes to identify opportunities for streamlining or improving effectiveness of Client Reporting\nImplements changes to improve use and efficiency of accounting processes and procedures \nKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS\nUniversity degree in Finance, accounting or business \nMinimum of 7 - 10 yrs. Progressive financial management experience\nSystems savvy: Advance user of Excel, experience managing large volumes of data \nFully developed leadership skills to manage a team of individual contributors\nA strong communicator well known for clarity in communicating complicated concepts and information\nWillingness to roll up the sleeves and work on the front line \nProven ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts with key concerned parties\nStrong organizational skills and detail oriented\nLicenses and/or Professional Accreditation\nCPA, CMA, CGA, CA designation is required\nThis is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $84,493 - $105,616 per annum.
