Ensures adherence to policies and procedures ensuring data integrity, quality planning, and KPI work order metrics are achieved by team.\n\nKEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nAsset Management\nMaintains and updates equipment data base and preventative maintenance program.\nProvides data collection procedures, forms and checklists to support data inputs into service maintenance management database.\nProvides suggestions and assists with improvement of relevant procedures and resources.\nProvides quality and efficient asset based preventative maintenance program.\nPreventative Maintenance Scheduling\nCreates preventative maintenance schedules based on assets. \nReviews and updates work schedules taking into consideration factors including but not limited to current workload and geographical proximity to facilities or specific site conditions. \nGenerates reports to review Technician workload with team and managers.\nProvides resource allocation recommendations to assist with optimizing resource utilization.\nJob Plan Documentation\nLiaises with relevant stakeholders to gather work procedures in order to prepare and/or maintain related job plans. \nProvides suggestions on applicable job plans based on asset or job requirements.\nInspection / Service Report\nReviews preventive maintenance inspection reports.\nCreate and management of corrective maintenance work orders.\nManage asset permits and certifications.\nReporting\nGenerates data and prepares various reports to managers and team.\nReviews reports and communicates observations and recommendations to operations team.\nEnd User Training\nProvides training to CMMS end users.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS\n\n1 to 3 years of facility services administration work experience.\nCommunity college diploma or equivalent training (e.g. RPA, CET)\nStrong administrative and organizational skills.\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.\nAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with others for the purpose of data exchange, clarification and follow up.\nAbility to capture work procedures provided by others accurately and prepare accurate job plans.\nAbility to create accurate maintenance schedules based on contract requirements.\nProficient with MS Office suite of applications along with ability to quickly learn new software applications and information systems.\nProficient with MS Copilot.\nLicenses and/or Professional Accreditation\nNone required.\nThis is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $47,118 - $58,897 per annum.
