Together you will make sure planned works are well organised, resourced and delivered on time.\nThe ideal candidate will be organised, collaborative and people focused. They will enjoy developing a team, building clear processes and creating strong working relationships.\nKey Responsibilities\nGuide and support the Planned Maintenance Coordination Team\nOversee the planning and allocation of planned works, including programs, resources and Work Supervisor assignments\nDevelop and maintain clear planning, scheduling and allocation processes\nMonitor workloads across Work Supervisors, subcontractors and coordinators to keep allocation fair and balanced\nSupport work order administration, variations, extensions of time and reporting\nReview subcontractor performance and allocation to support value for money\nBuild positive relationships with internal teams, subcontractors and client representatives\nReview operational data to spot risks, capacity pressures and opportunities to improve\nCoach and mentor team members to build skills and support career growth\nContribute ideas that improve planning accuracy and customer outcomes\nEducation, Experience & Skills\nEssential:\nExperience managing coordination, planning, scheduling or service delivery teams\nExperience managing planned maintenance or project programs\nExperience in workforce planning and resource allocation\nExperience working with subcontractors and supporting their performance\nExperience reviewing operational data and reporting outcomes\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills\nPractical problem-solving and commercial awareness\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and work management systems\nQualification in Facilities Management, Building and Construction, Asset Management, Project Management, Business Management or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience\nFull working rights in Australia\nDesirable:\nExperience in community housing, facilities management or maintenance contracts\nExperience with CMMS or asset management systems\nProject management qualifications or leadership training\nWorkplace Arrangements\nThis is a permanent full-time, on-site position based in South-East Metropolitan Melbourne during core business hours.
