You'll work closely with employees, senior leaders, vendors, and workplace partners to ensure every interaction is seamless and professional.\nCreate Exceptional Employee & Guest Experiences\nWelcome employees, visitors, contractors, and executives with a warm and professional approach.\nServe as the primary point of contact for workplace-related questions and support.\nHelp employees navigate office amenities, meeting rooms, workplace technology, and reservation systems.\nManage lobby and reception areas to ensure an outstanding first impression.\nCoordinate visitor access, security passes, and onboarding support for new hires.\nSupport a Dynamic Workplace Environment\nAssist with meeting room and event space setup for corporate events and executive meetings.\nMaintain workplace standards and support day-to-day office operations.\nCoordinate maintenance requests and workplace service issues to ensure timely resolution.\nConduct workplace rounds to ensure spaces remain organized, functional, and welcoming.\nManage office supplies, storage services, locker assignments, and access card systems.\nBe a Workplace Technology Resource\nAct as a workplace program subject matter expert and escalation point for office-related concerns.\nSupport employees with basic workplace technology inquiries and equipment needs.\nManage workplace inventory including laptops, peripherals, docking stations, headsets, and other office equipment.\nUtilize workplace systems and applications to support seating, furniture, access control, and employee services.\nPromote Safety & Operational Excellence\nSupport workplace health and safety initiatives.\nReport hazards, concerns, or opportunities for improvement.\nCollaborate with internal teams, building management, and service providers to continuously enhance the workplace experience.\nWhat You'll Bring\nWe're looking for someone who combines hospitality, professionalism, and strong organizational skills with a genuine desire to help others.\nQualifications\nUniversity degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n1-3 years of experience in hospitality, workplace experience, customer service, office administration, events, or a related field.\nExceptional customer service and communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.\nComfortable interacting with employees at all levels, including senior executives.\nTech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace technology tools.\nSelf-motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented.\nAbility to make sound decisions and work independently.\nExperience coordinating events or workplace programs is considered an asset.\nWhy Join BGIS?\nAt BGIS, you'll have the opportunity to directly influence how people experience their workplace every day.
