This role will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial forecasts, analyses, and strategic insights to support corporate planning, investment evaluation, and operational decision-making across a diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while communicating complex financial data in a clear and actionable manner.\nRole & Responsibilities:\nContribute to the preparation of annual budgets, discounted cash flows and valuation projections for corporate business plan\nSupport the monthly and quarterly IFRS financial statement forecasting\nPrepare quarterly leasing forecast, which includes updates of actual leasing activity, forecasted leasing assumptions, and early tenant expirations\nPrepare financial analysis, market analysis and board presentations for management review\nWork closely with the accounting team during monthly close cycles to ensure accuracy\nCoordinate with asset management, lease administration, corporate services, marketing, and investor relations to gather inputs and support forecasting and reporting processes\nPerform ad-hoc projects and financial analysis for management as needed\nConvey analytical insights and outcomes through clear, structured narratives\nAnalyze cash flow projection reports for existing properties\nSupport the advancement of strategic business objectives across a diversified portfolio of investments at varying stages of development\nYour Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred\n2-4 years experience in accounting, ideally in the real estate industry\nAccrual and/or financial statement experience required\nArgus experience a plus\nFamiliarity with Yardi preferred\nAbility to effectively use AI tools to enhance financial analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency\nAbility to work in a fact-paced environment, juggling multiple deadlines\nSelf-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development\nAbility to handle large volume of work; good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel\nAbility to quickly learn new analytic and reporting systems\nExcellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nYour Career @ BGRE:\nAt BGRE, your career progression is important to us.
