In this role, you will play a key role in inspiring change and continual improvement. If you are committed to excellence and ready to contribute to a dynamic culture, we would love to meet you.\nThe Corporate Host position is a full-time role that will play a vital function in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere as an ambassador for BGRE at Bankers Hall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to tenants, guests, and clients by embodying a professional, approachable, and friendly presence.\nHours of work required for this position are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.\n\nRole & Responsibilities:\nProvide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.\nEnsure a continuous presence in common areas to be readily available for assistance to tenants or the public.\nControl building access by ensuring couriers, contractors and other agents are directed accordingly.\nSupport lobby events, Guest Services, parking validation, tenant handouts, or similar tasks as applicable.\nReport on any building maintenance issues and coordinate with Property Management, Building Security, and cleaning staff to address concerns and incidents promptly.\nFamiliarize with building emergency procedures and assist Tenants and Building Security during emergencies as well as fire drills and other building exercises.\nEngage in training and continuing education to develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to work safely.\nImmediately report health & safety incidents, near-misses, unsafe conditions, and/or at-risk behaviors to their supervisor\nPromote safe work practices and safe working conditions in accordance with all Brookfield Properties Safe Work Procedures.\nOther duties as assigned by management.\nYour Qualifications:\nMinimum Grade 12 high school diploma or equivalent.\nValid First Aid and CPR is an asset.\nHospitality experience is an asset.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications as well as Outlook and other computer applications as may be required.\nExcellent interpersonal and English communication skills, both written and verbal\nConsummate customer service professional with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.\nResourceful team player whose integrity will build strong and trusting relationships with tenants and teammates.\nSelf-motivated, thoughtful, and calm under pressure\nFlexible and adaptable in dealing with a diversity of situations and people.\nExcellent analytical and problem resolution skills.\nStrong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.\nAbility to work in a challenging, fast-paced, multi-tasked environment independently.\nYour Career @ BGRE:\nAt BGRE, your career progression is important to us.
