This is done through preparing and consolidating monthly guidance and annual Business Plan Financial Statements for our Alberta Homes and/or Commercial divisions. The role will also be responsible for maintaining project proformas, preparing monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis for senior management and other stakeholders, as well as ad hoc analysis as required.\n Key Responsibilities:\nForecasting and guidance processes for Homes and Commercial, at the consolidated Calgary, Edmonton & Alberta levels.\nMaintenance of continuity spreadsheets for actuals and working with operations to ensure the accuracy of the forecast for these numbers.\nSupport ongoing data management within financial systems such as BRP Insights, Vena & Rook.\nSupport with monthly guidance as required for Alberta including preparing, consolidating and reviewing.\nWork with operations to ensure accuracy of lot zero budgets, rental rates, and absorption, for Alberta, including maintenance of lot zero rates in Rook.\nContribute to the preparation of all monthly/quarterly forecasted financial documents .(Alberta)\nPreparing project sensitivity and scenario analysis as required.\nProcess improvement on guidance process and systems utilization.\nAssist with forecasting and reporting enhancement projects through AI utilization.\nSupport projects that leverage reporting tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency of forecasting models.\nCoordinate as needed with the Elimination guidance.\nMaintenance and creation of Multi-Family and Commercial Proformas.\nPreparation of the Alberta Homes and Commercial Business Plan, at the Calgary & Edmonton City levels & consolidated Alberta level.
