This honor reflects the culture of trust, collaboration, and belonging that makes Maymont a place where people thrive.\nJoin a purpose-driven team where your work creates opportunity, sparks innovation, and helps families across the country feel truly at home.\nJob Description\nPrimary Responsibilities: The Senior Associate, Investor Relations is primarily responsible for supporting the Chief Financial Officer by preparing materials for investor reporting activities and handling various investor related requests.\nSkills & Competencies:\nBachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, accounting, communications, or other relevant discipline\n4+ years of experience in investor relations, asset management, or a related financial role\nStrong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and asset management principles\nStrong Experience preparing presentations and marketing materials\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely\nProven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively\nHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with financial databases\nExcellent interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving ability\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment\nAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work\nEssential Job Functions:\nAssist in managing communications with investors, including responding to inquiries and providing updates\nPrepare and distribute investor communications such as reports, capital account statements, and presentations\nCoordinate meetings and calls with investors, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared\nConduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and industry developments relevant to investor relations\nCollaborate with the FP&A and Operations teams to gather information and data to facilitate investor requests\nSupport the preparation of financial statements, performance reports, and other documents for investor meetings\nMaintain accurate records and databases related to investor communications and interactions\nMonitor and track investor feedback and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and resolutions\nStay updated on single-family rental trends and reporting from industry peers\nOther duties, as assigned by supervisor or leadership team.\nKey Metrics & Responsibilities\nTimeliness of investor deck and reporting preparations, along with answering investor questions.\nRecurring and ad hoc presentations with minimal errors.\nWhy work for Maymont Homes?\nOur Mission - \"We Positively Impact the Lives in the Communities We Serve.\" Every role contributes to this purpose, helping families find a place to call home while making a difference in the communities we support.\nCertified Great Place to Work® - Our people make us who we are.
