This role supports the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate engagement, interviewing, and offer coordination. The position contributes to the development and execution of recruitment strategies that attract high-quality talent aligned with company goals and culture. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nEssential Job Functions\n1. Functional Responsibilities\nSource candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral channels\nScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screens\nSchedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person)\n2. Operational / Departmental Support\nPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies\nCreate and maintain accurate job descriptions and interview guides\nMaintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data integrity and recruiting records\nTrack and report recruiting metrics and pipeline activity\n3. Compliance & Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO requirements\nMaintain confidentiality of candidate and hiring information\nSupport consistent and fair hiring practices across all roles\n4. Financial / Performance Accountability\nMonitor and report key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire\nSupport workforce planning efforts by ensuring efficient pipeline management\n5. Leadership / Collaboration\nBuild and maintain relationships with colleges, professional organizations, and external recruiting partners\nCollaborate with HR and business leaders to support talent acquisition initiatives\nSupport employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing strategies\nPromote a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process\n6. Additional Responsibilities\nEvaluate recruitment processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness\nSupport HR initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned\nPerform other duties as assigned by leadership\nPerformance Expectations & Key Metrics:\nPerformance will be evaluated based on measurable outcomes aligned with company and departmental goals.
