Today, the Company owns and operates approximately 10M square feet across 18 states.\nPOSITION\nThe Accounting Manager will join our team remotely. This position will work during standard US Pacific Time business hours.\nREPORTING RESPONSIBILITY\nThis role will report to the Senior Managing Director.\nDUTIES\nAssist in overseeing the teams in the Philippines including but not limited to the following:Review and processing of contractor invoices\nUpdate of property assignments\nReview and monitoring of the team’s performance \n\nPerform oversight of the accounting function in the Philippines.\nIdentify and propose process enhancements.\nSupport and assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operations.\nAssist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use.\nHelp organize and facilitate training sessions, onboarding and offboarding activities.\nProvide high-level accounting and administrative support to the Senior Managing Director.\nSupport special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Senior Managing Director.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nCPA required.\nLatin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude) required.\nAt least 10 years of audit / accounting experience with one of the Big 4 accounting firms with at least 3 years in a managerial role.\nAt least 5 years of supervisory experience.\nSolid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nMust possess strong work ethic.\nMust be a team player.\nCONSULTING FEE\nWe offer
