Today, the Company owns and operates approximately 10M square feet across 18 states.\nPOSITION\nThe Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing interactive dashboards that provide meaningful insights and analysis to our business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data visualization principles and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful visualizations. The main responsibilities of this role include gathering requirements, designing, and developing the dashboard, and ensuring its functionality and usability. The candidate should also have experience in data modeling and be able to optimize the performance of the dashboard.\nLOCATION\nThis position will work remotely during US business hours from any location in the Philippines.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPrimary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs\nDesign and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau\nOptimize data models and queries using SQL\nEnsure data accuracy and reliability in the dashboards\nCreate reports and visualizations that effectively communicate insights\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting for dashboards\nComplete other assigned projects and administrative tasks \nQUALIFICATIONS\nProficiency in SQL and Tableau\nStrong understanding of data visualization principles\nAbility to transform raw data into meaningful visualizations\nStrong data visualization skills\nKnowledge of data modeling and querying\nBachelor’s degree required\n Latin honors (cum laude or better) required\n Minimum of 5 years of related experience\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook\nAbility to communicate effectively and professionally (both written and verbally) within all levels of the organization and externally with tenants, vendors and other outside parties\nAbility to work
