preferred\nMaster's degree - preferred\nAdvanced graduate degree - not required\nSkills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required\nEditing reel required - must be submitted with application \n3+ years of professional experience in video editing, post-production, or media production \nStrong proficiency in narrative editing - shaping tone, pacing, and flow across a variety of content types \nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced creative environment \nExperience with audio mixing and color correction at a professional level \nSkilled in cross-functional collaboration with producers, designers, and creative team members \nReliable creative judgment and decision-making in editorial and collaborative workflows \nAbility to travel to the Middle Tennessee area 2-4 times annually for team gatherings\nActively involved in an evangelical Christian church\nSkills, Knowledge, & Experiences, preferred \nExperience editing curriculum, ministry, or mission-driven video content \nFamiliarity with motion graphics workflows and integrating animated elements into video projects \nExperience editing for live events or camp environments \nProficiency in file organization best practices within a shared production environment \nBasic proficiency in After Effects or motion design -
