Your role will focus on driving employee engagement, performance management, and providing people-centric solutions aligned with business goals. You will play a critical role in supporting our global teams and ensuring seamless HR operations during off-hours. Responsibilities: Conduct regular 1-on-1s and skip-level meetings, and prepare reports and actionable items on the same.
