The role involves designing scalable middleware and shared infrastructure for next-generation software-defined vehicles, with ownership of HAL, OTA, data persistency, diagnostics, and e-cockpit platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design and lead high-performance C++ middleware for Android, Linux, and QNX-based automotive platforms.\n\n- Define middleware architecture, interfaces, APIs, and reusable shared services for next-generation e-cockpit and SDV platforms.\n\n- Design and integrate HAL and middleware layers connecting automotive hardware and platform software with Android/Linux/QNX environments.\n\n- Own architecture and implementation of OTA update, data persistency, diagnostics, and platform services.\n\n- Develop scalable and reliable middleware components for multi-domain and distributed automotive systems.\n\n- Drive integration between Android framework/platform components and underlying embedded systems.\n\n- Define architecture standards for performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.\n\n- Analyze and resolve complex system-level issues involving IPC, inter-process communication, memory, performance, and platform integration.\n\n- Collaborate with Android, embedded, BSP, hardware, cybersecurity, cloud, and vehicle engineering teams.\n\n- Lead technical design reviews, architecture decisions, and resolution of complex integration challenges.\n\n- Support platform modernization and migration initiatives across Android, Linux, and QNX.\n\n- Mentor senior engineers and contribute to development standards, reusable components, and engineering best practices.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 7 - 12 years of experience in automotive embedded software, middleware development, or software architecture.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in C++ and embedded/middleware development.\n\n- Strong experience designing automotive middleware for Android, Linux, and/or QNX.\n\n- Experience with Android Automotive / Android platform integration and Android HAL.\n\n- Strong understanding of HAL, IPC, middleware frameworks, system services, and platform integration.\n\n- Experience with OTA, data persistency, vehicle diagnostics, or related automotive platform infrastructure.\n\n- Strong understanding of embedded Linux/QNX and system-level software architecture.\n\n- Experience developing scalable, high-performance, and reusable platform components.\n\n- Strong debugging and performance-analysis skills at system and middleware level.\n\n- Understanding of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, SOME/IP, or Ethernet is preferred.\n\n- Experience with Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV), connected vehicle, or e-cockpit platforms is preferred.\n\n- Strong technical leadership, architecture,
