The role involves designing secure, scalable, resilient platforms across AWS/GCP, driving architectural standards, and providing technical leadership across engineering and infrastructure teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Define and lead the architecture of scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise platforms.\n\n- Design cloud-native solutions across AWS and/or GCP, aligned with business, technology, security, and operational requirements.\n\n- Architect and govern containerized platforms using Kubernetes and Docker.\n\n- Design Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks using Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.\n\n- Define and drive CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering standards across engineering teams.\n\n- Design microservices-based architectures, API platforms, and enterprise integration solutions.\n\n- Establish architecture standards for scalability, reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.\n\n- Drive cloud modernization, platform transformation, and technology rationalization initiatives.\n\n- Work closely with Security, Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, and Business teams to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.\n\n- Define and implement platform governance, security controls, architectural guardrails, and technology standards.\n\n- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate platforms, tools, and architectural patterns.\n\n- Provide technical leadership for complex architecture decisions, design reviews, and enterprise technology initiatives.\n\n- Identify and address performance, scalability, availability, security, and operational risks.\n\n- Mentor architects and senior engineers and contribute to the development of enterprise architecture practices.\n\n- Communicate architecture decisions, technology roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 11 - 18 years of experience in Platform Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP and enterprise cloud platforms.\n\n- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.\n\n- Strong understanding of microservices, API architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies.\n\n- Experience designing and governing CI/CD and DevOps platforms.\n\n- Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, identity, access management, and platform governance.\n\n- Experience designing highly scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise platforms.\n\n- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code and platform automation.\n\n- Experience with enterprise integration and API management.\n\n- Strong architectural governance, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\n\n- Experience driving large-scale cloud modernization or platform transformation initiatives is preferred.\n\nSkills\nCloud Architect, Solution Architect, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD","description_format":"text","description_chars":3190,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":11,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T18:04:06Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":45,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":0.85,"p_active":0.709,"p_room":0.75,"age_days":23,"expected_fill_days":24,"reasons":["seen:23","velocity","win:late"],"computed_at":"2026-10-03T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/bharathire-com-lead-platform-architect","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/bharathire-com-lead-platform-architect.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-04T02:07:46Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":2975,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":2025,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-05T00:00:00Z"}}}
