The role will lead QA activities, drive quality engineering practices, and manage testing teams across complex applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Define and implement QA strategy, test plans, processes, and quality standards across projects.\n\n- Lead end-to-end testing activities covering functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.\n\n- Design and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and other relevant automation tools.\n\n- Develop and execute API testing strategies and automated API test suites.\n\n- Identify and validate non-functional requirements (NFRs) including performance, scalability, security, and reliability.\n\n- Drive test planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and release readiness.\n\n- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and promote continuous testing practices.\n\n- Review test cases, automation scripts, test results, and defect reports to ensure quality standards.\n\n- Identify quality risks, track issues, and drive timely resolution with development and business teams.\n\n- Lead, mentor, and manage QA engineers and coordinate testing activities across multiple teams.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, Development, Business, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, automation coverage, and testing efficiency.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 8 -
