of experience as a systems analyst or in a program/project management role.\nStrong foundational understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations.\nProject management knowledge and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to follow through on commitments and work collaboratively in a team environment.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nInterest in growing into more strategic and leadership-oriented TPM roles.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\n\nTechnical Skills: \nStrong understanding of High-Level Design (HLD), API development, and system integration strategies.\nHands-on experience with third-party integrations and working with external vendors.\nAbility to engage in technical discussions and contribute meaningfully to architectural decisions.\n\nRisk Management: \nProven ability to identify and raise red flags in case of delays and bottlenecks and mitigate project risks related to technical and operational challenges.\nDemonstrated ability to anticipate and identify issues, define solutions, and execute them with a focus on results.\n\nLeadership Communication: \nProven leadership skills in motivating teams, driving collaboration, and ensuring high
