# Engineering Manager

Requirements: 10+ years of software development experience in a fast-paced product organization. Lead product engineering and platform teams. Hands-on experience building microservices architecture, applying design patterns, and developing frameworks. Experience in developing and leading teams building solutions with cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure). Proficiency in any of the languages (preferred: Java), front-end technologies (React/Angular), NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra), Elasticsearch, caching (Redis, Aerospike), and using containers (e. g., Docker, K8s, EKS, etc. ) at scale. Good exposure to development tools, Git, Jenkins, and code review tools, and introducing best coding practices. Strong hands-on experience in enabling a CI and CD pipeline, canary deployments, and blue-green deployments in production. Work with the support team to define how the applications are supported in production, including system performance and monitoring, and strong database skills.
