monitoring.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, develop, and execute performance testing strategies, including load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing.\nCreate and maintain automated performance test scripts using Gatling, Kotlin, and JMeter.\nAnalyse application performance under varying workloads and identify bottlenecks affecting system responsiveness and stability.\nMonitor key performance metrics such as response time, throughput, resource utilisation, and system availability.\nCollaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues.\nPrepare detailed performance test reports and provide recommendations for optimisation.\nSupport capacity planning activities by evaluating application behaviour under expected and peak workloads.\nDevelop and maintain performance testing frameworks, standards, and best practices.\nParticipate in performance tuning initiatives for applications, databases, APIs, and backend services.\nEnsure performance requirements are validated before production releases.\n\nRequirements: \n3+ years of experience in Performance Testing or Performance Engineering.\nStrong hands-on experience with: Gatling, Kotlin, Apache JMeter.\nExperience in designing and executing load, stress, spike, and endurance tests.\nStrong understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.\nExperience testing web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.\nKnowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, or similar tools.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation practices.\nAbility to analyse performance results and identify system bottlenecks.\nStrong
