and prepares documents per client requirements\nPerforms projects in compliance with established work plan and schedule\nDesigns portions of a project under supervision\nResearches catalogs for commercially available equipment to avoid expense of original design \nSpecifies equipment based on catalog searches\nResearches code requirements in out-of-town project sites\nPrepares environmental impact and other administrative reports required for project permits\nDemonstrates initiative in identifying potential issues, takes steps to determine solutions, and implements selected steps\nQualifications\nExperience\n0+ years’ experience \nKnowledge of software and CAD operations\nPrevious leadership experience is a plus\nPrevious internships a plus\nSkills\nStrong communication skills (verbal, written, and in person)\nSelf-starter and able to articulate ideas and needs\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new software quickly\nAble to come up with solutions to problems and be resourceful\nProven ability to take initiative and implement processes\nAbility to travel and drive personal vehicle including at night\nPhysical working requirements:Ability to do occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.\nAble to walk up/down stairs\nAbility to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends\nSubject to outside environmental
