including the schoolmanagement, the government and donors to ensure the long-term sustainability of\nour efforts\n\nContribute to broader fellowship prioritiessuch as fellow recruitment and selection, strategy, donor reporting and\nexpansion\n\nPreferred Education Qualification / Experience:\nExperience of managing people / projects\nTeaching and/or content creation experience is desirable\nAny Graduate, post-graduate or fellowship\nExperience in managing/designing a fellowship would be anadvantage\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nPrior experience teaching in a formal classroom & anability to coach people to be exceptional teachers\n\nAbility to design and drive outcome-oriented plansthrough the team’s collective effort\n\nAbility to design and facilitate adult learning spaces\nAbility to gather and analyse data to inform decisions\nA good understanding of the education ecosystem includingpolicies, curriculum frameworks and functioning of school systems.\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English (andTamil would be an advantage)\n\nGood computer knowledge and MS Office skills.\nEmotional maturity to work with the perspectives and needsof
