fellow recruitment and selection, strategy, donor reporting and expansion.\n\nPreferred Education Qualification / Experience\nSuccessful completion of igrow journey withmanager\n\nExperience of managing people / projects\nTeaching and/or content creation experience isdesirable\n\nAny Graduate, post-graduate or fellowship\nExperience in managing/designing a fellowshipwould be an advantage\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nPrior experience teaching in a formal classroom& an ability to coach people to be exceptional teachers\n\nAbility to design and drive outcome-orientedplans through the team’s collective effort\n\nAbility to design and facilitate adult learningspaces\n\nAbility to gather and analyse data to informdecisions\n\nA good understanding of the education ecosystemincluding policies, curriculum frameworks and functioning of school systems.\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills inEnglish (and Tamil would be an advantage)\n\nGood
