One of the ways we work towards this is by improving the\ninfrastructure in government and low-income schools to provide a better learning environment for\nthe children.\nThe Associate/Senior Associate will be responsible for inspecting the project sites, monitoring\nprogress, and compiling reports on project status.\nPrimary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nVisit and support infrastructure need analysis for the schools and NGOs\nEffectively coordinate projects using project management tools and ensure timelines of the project are met under the guidance of project manager\nVisit and monitor projects and maintain good working relationships with School management, Government departments, contractors, and vendors\nPreparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available and the desired quality is achieved\nGathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations/documents to the relevant stakeholders.\nPreferred Education Qualifications and Experience:\nDiploma or Polytechnic or B.E. in Civil Engineering - Preferred\nWork experience in Civil and Infrastructure projects - 2 to 5 years\nExperience with any Project Management tools would be an advantage\nShould be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously\nPrior experience in the non-profit sector would be an advantage\nPrior experience with documentation and preparation of Reports\nAbility to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nGood interpersonal and communication skills - English, Kannada & Tamil.\nAbility to speak in Hindi will be an added advantage\nGood computer skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Preferred\nGoal oriented professional with team working skills\nHaving a two-wheeler -
