Apply with your CV and academic transcripts for consideration.\n\nDetailed Role Profile\n\nProgramme Duration: 2 years\n\nThe programme develops foundational engineering, maintenance, and project skills while strengthening technical knowledge, organization, leadership potential, safety awareness, and professional conduct.\n\n1. Education\n\nA degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics and/or another related engineering or technical field.\n\nRelevant coursework or certifications in project management, maintenance systems, reliability engineering, or operations management are an advantage.\n\n2. Experience\n\nGraduate-level candidates are encouraged to apply.\n\nRelevant internships, academic projects, industrial attachments, or practical technical experience are an advantage.\n\nExposure to mining, automotive, heavy-equipment, maintenance, engineering, or project environments is beneficial.\n\n3. Core Competencies\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving ability.\n\nClear verbal and written communication skills.\n\nGood organization, planning, time management, and attention to detail.\n\nInitiative, adaptability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.\n\nLeadership potential and the ability to work responsibly in a professional environment.\n\n4. Technical and Project Proficiency\n\nBasic understanding of engineering, automotive engineering, mining activities, equipment, tools, and safety protocols.\n\nUnderstanding of maintenance principles, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.\n\nFamiliarity with project management tools and techniques, such as MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira, Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum.\n\nExposure to computerized maintenance management systems or similar tools is beneficial.\n\nAbility to diagnose basic technical issues, propose logical solutions, and accurately document procedures, reports, and logs.\n\n5. Safety and Professional Conduct\n\nDemonstrates a strong commitment to health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.\n\nFollows procedures, uses equipment responsibly, and promotes safe working practices.\n\nDisplays integrity, accountability, professionalism, and respect for colleagues and customers.\n\n6.
