The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shapingmessaging, supporting product launches, enabling sales, and driving demand andleadgenerationefforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, deeply collaborative, and an exceptional storyteller whoexcels at translating complex technologies into clear,compelling valuepropositions.\nHowyou’llcontribute:\nDevelop and execute product marketing strategies that support business growth, marketadoption, and revenue goals\n\nCreate clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for Biamp solutions across targetaudiences and vertical markets\n\nPartner closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to bring new productsand features to market successfully\n\nLead and support go-to-market planning for product launches, campaigns, and portfolioinitiatives\n\nDrive demand generation and lead generation efforts in collaboration with marketing, sales,productmanagementand field teams\n\nBuild sales enablement materials including presentations, battlecards, solution briefs, FAQs, andother training content\n\nConduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning, messaging, andcampaign strategy\n\nManage multiple initiatives effectively and make smart tradeoff decisions based on businesspriorities and timelines\n\nSupport thought leadership content, customer stories, webinars, and other storytelling-drivenmarketing assets\n\nMeasure and report on marketing effectiveness, campaign performance, and launch success,using insights to refine future efforts\n\nA successful candidate should have:\n5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B hardware and software technology in the AVindustry, sound masking, or voice communications\n\nStrong experience in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging development\n\nDemonstrated success supporting or driving demand generation and lead generation programs\n\nExcellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, with proven strength as astoryteller\n\nStrong prioritization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiativesin a fast-paced environment\n\nExperience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and broader marketingteams\n\nExperience using AI tools in product marketing workflows to accelerate research, contentcreation, and reporting\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office\n\nBachelor’sin business or marketing or equivalent experience\n\nWork Environment:\nOffice environment,may sit forlong periodsof time\n\nRoutine use of standard office equipment\n\nTravel up to 25%; both internationally and within the US\n\nWhatweoffer:\nMedical, Dental, and Vision\n\n3 weeks annual PTO and 9 paid holidays\n\n401(k) + matching\n\nEmployer-paid base life insurance, short, and long-term disability\n\nHealth savings accounts (with Biamp contribution) and flexible spending accounts\n\nTuition reimbursement\n\nCharitable donation matching\n\nDiscretionary company achievement bonus\n\nReferral bonuses\n\nWho is Biamp?\nWe make the world’s most extraordinary audio and video solutions.
