We value integrity and clear communication with our partners, and appreciate your understanding in this matter.\nHow you’ll contribute:\nCreate, edit, publish, and maintain high-quality, client-facing technical documentation in alignment with product release schedules.\nInterview subject matter experts and analyze engineering materials (CAD models, BOMs, UI wireframes) to translate complex concepts into clear, effective documentation plans.\nEvaluate hardware/software prototypes and updated builds to ensure an accurate understanding of product functionality and user workflows.\nIndependently manage documentation projects, develop work plans, and track project status using Biamp project management software.\nRepresent Technical Publications in product development and ECO meetings, and advise project teams on information design best practices.\nPartner with fellow writers to provide creative support and participate in editorial, peer, and publishing reviews.\nStay current with emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in technical communications.\nPerform other related duties as assigned by your manager\nA successful candidate should have:\n7+ years of technical writing experience, with a proven ability to architect and write clear, audience-tailored procedural and reference content.
