This role will drive product strategy, portfolio profitability, and scalable growth while partnering across the organization to continuously improve our products and customer experience.\nThe Role\nYou will be responsible for the P&L and product performance of your assigned THREE business segment(s) and/or regions/territories, using data, market insights, and underwriting results to drive profitable growth. We want someone who combines commercial P&C insurance expertise with strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and a bias toward execution. You will also partner with peer Product Managers on countrywide product initiatives and broader company priorities.\nJob Responsibilities\nOwn the assigned financial performance, including premium growth, loss ratio, expense trends, retention, and overall profitability.\nDevelop and execute product strategies that support profitable growth, competitive positioning, and a consistent agent and customer experience.\nMonitor portfolio results and key performance indicators, identify performance trends, and recommend actions to improve underwriting results and business outcomes.\nPartner with Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, Finance, and Sales to evaluate results, refine pricing and underwriting strategies, and address emerging performance issues.\nLead product enhancements and countrywide initiatives, including coverage development, rating changes, underwriting guidelines, and process improvements.\nEvaluate market trends, competitor offerings, agent feedback, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.\nCollaborate with Product team on shared product capabilities, countrywide initiatives, and consistent execution across THREE.\nWork with Engineering, Product & Operations, and other stakeholders to prioritize and implement product changes that improve efficiency, scalability, and the agent and customer experience.\nRequirements\nQualifications\n7+ years of progressive experience in commercial P&C insurance, with experience in product management, underwriting, product development, or portfolio management.\nStrong understanding of commercial insurance products, underwriting practices, pricing, and portfolio profitability.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze financial and underwriting results, identify root causes, and translate insights into actionable business decisions.\nExperience managing product performance or a book of business, with a strong understanding of P&L drivers and profitability metrics.\nStrong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills; experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools preferred.\nAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and drive execution across multiple teams.\nHigh personal accountability, strong bias toward action, and the ability to solve problems without waiting for a playbook.\nAt THREE, obstacles are expected. The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $175,000 per year.
