This role leads platform strategy, , business process improvement, systems configuration, technology integrations, project implementation, Working collaboratively with leaders and stakeholders, the CRM Platform Manager identifies organizational needs, prioritizes platform enhancements, establishes system standards, and oversees the implementation of scalable solutions that improve workflows, automation, and user adoption This position ensures the CRM platform remains reliable, well-governed, and aligned with evolving organizational needs.\nAs a critical individual contributor, the CRM Platform Manager provides functional leadership for the organization’s CRM platform and related data processes, fostering collaboration across teams and setting direction for continuous improvement without direct supervisory responsibilities.\nDuties\nBusiness Process Improvement & Change Management\nLead cross-functional initiatives to improve business processes through CRM platform enhancements, workflow design, and automation. \nCoordinate CRM enhancement requests, prioritize initiatives based on organizational needs, and oversee implementation from planning through user adoption. \nDevelop change management communication and training plans that support successful implementation of new CRM functionality. \nMonitor platform utilization and recommend improvements to system functionality, workflow efficiency, and overall user experience. \nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with department leaders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable CRM solutions and system requirements. \nFacilitate collaboration across departments to standardize business processes and promote consistent use of CRM practices. \nCoordinate the planning, testing, implementation, and rollout of new features, upgrades, and system integrations in collaboration with stakeholders\nPlatform Governance\nEstablish and maintain CRM standards, system documentation, and best practices related to configuration, functionality, and administration. \nRecommend and maintain policies and procedures that support consistent platform use, system security, appropriate access, and effective administration. \nMonitor platform performance and functionality and recommend enhancements that improve system reliability, scalability, and long-term platform effectiveness. \nPerforms additional duties as required.\nOrganizational Relationships\nResponsible to: VP of Development Services\nCollaborates with: EVP of Advancement, VP of Integrated Marketing, Senior Donor Relations Director, Senior Director for Donor Engagement, Director of Partner Services, and Database Analyst\nQualifications\nMust be a Christian, having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Must also agree with our statement of faith and conduct his/herself in a Christ-like manner.\nBachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. \nFive or more years of progressively responsible experience administering and optimizing CRM platforms required, preferably within a nonprofit organization. \nExperience with CRM platforms such as Virtuous or comparable enterprise CRM systems. \nDemonstrated experience leading business process improvement initiatives and implementing technology solutions that improve operational efficiency. \nExperience managing CRM enhancements, system implementations, upgrades, or cross-functional technology projects. \nWorking knowledge of relational databases, data governance, SQL, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms. \nExperience designing and supporting system integrations using APIs, middleware, and data import/export processes. \nExperience developing user training, documentation, and change management resources. \nStrong understanding of CRM platform governance including system access controls, security standards, configuration policies, and procedures that support data integrity and consistent platform use. \nExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. \nStrong interpersonal communication and facilitation skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.\nStandards of Performance\nDemonstrates professionalism through dependability, collaboration, and positive working relationships. \nCompletes assignments accurately, efficiently, and with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities. \nMaintains an effective, reliable CRM platform through strong data governance, system optimization, and continuous improvement. \nPartners effectively with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve business processes and user adoption. \nDemonstrates initiative by identifying opportunities for automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies. \nProvides responsive support, training, and guidance while contributing to a collaborative, service-oriented culture.\nIn day-to-day responsibilities, this position will carry out Bible League International’s core values which are:\nPrayer - Our relationship with Jesus Christ.\nCalling - God’s call into His work.\nService - Serving God and others.\nUnity - Working together in unity.\nIntegrity - In line with God’s Word in word and deed.\nVision - A Christ-centered hope and perspective.\nPerformance Evaluations\nYou will meet with your manager quarterly in alignment with our fiscal year to discuss your accomplishments and priorities.\nBible League International offers employees a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, Paid Time Off, Holiday pay, Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, a generous 401k plan, Employee Assistance Program, Tuition Reimbursement, and more.
