This position has to ensure timely and effective Accounts Receivable management in line with internal procedures:\nResponsible for payments bookings in the ERP\n\nResponsible for cash recovery in order to recover payments of invoices\n\nThe role requires high levels of Customer support and interaction.\nKey accountabilities for the AR operations in GBS:\nProcess payments: perform payment booking with invoice matching, customer deductions and/or advances\n\nCash collection: regular follow-up (reminders, phone calls) with customers/Commercial Unit to ensure effective and on-time collection of receivables\n\nAccounts reconciliation\n\nControl customer exposure and overdues in order to take appropriate actions in agreement with Management to be in line with credit policy and objectives\n\nParticipate to local meetings\n\nProcess and follow-up customer inquiries related to its scope\n\nContact customers on appropriate communication channel (phone, e-mail, chat, …) as needed\n\nContinuous improvement: identify, propose and implement development activities to improve the performance on a continuous basis\n\nCredit control\nKnowledge, skills and experience:\nHigh school degree (University education is desired)\n\n1-2 year of experience in a Shared Services environment for a global company is required\n\nAdvanced English\n\nExposure to ERPs; JDE is a plus\n\nCustomer service orientation and attention to details\n\nAbility to work in teams, with deadlines and time pressure\n\nBIC World is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
