At BIC World, you are empowered to take ownership of your career and use your unique perspective to make a meaningful, global impact on our mission.\nUnder the supervision of the Manager G/L HQ, the Accountant G/L HQ will have the direct responsibility of several cost centers.\nThe Accountant G/L HQ guarantees the production and reliability of the reporting, statutory and fiscal financial statements of BIC subsidiaries.\nWithin the Finance Service Line, the Accountant G/L HQ duties includes for each of the entities /cost centers she/ he will be in charge of:\nReinvoicing, recording and reconciling intercompany transactions including purchase orders receptions)\nMonitor and follow up on OEM transaction flows to ensure smooth processing\nFollow up of the monthly sales and not integrated transactions;\nPerforming intercompany AR/AP analysis;\nRecording and follow up of the intercompany payment process;\nRecording transactions of expenses, revenues and accruals in JDE according to Group rules (IFRS) and local GAAP of relevant entity \nLoading of monthly group reporting in HFM\nParticipation to all group financial process and respect of group reporting and consolidation deadlines (reporting, consolidation) \nResponsibility for the monitoring, analysis and the justification of all accounts under own scope, as well as clearing of suspense accounts.\nAccountable for the effective delivery of General Accounting processes, data accuracy in line with established SLAs for the Finance function.\nDeliver to agreed SLA’s regarding time and accuracy, including respect closing deadlines and quality level\nContribute to the production of timely, accurate financial statements and reports; ensure accurate cutoffs, timely account reconciliation \nAssist local Finance teams \nKnowledge, skills and experience :\nAccounting Degree \nMinimum 3 years in a similar function (General Ledger Accounting) \nStrong accounting knowledge \nComfortable with IT environment (Excel expertise a must) \nKnowledge of JDE (Accounting and Reporting) would be appreciated \nTeamwork spirit \nExcellent communication skills\nEnglish language imperative (French language is a plus) \nSense of priorities\nMeticulousness, rigor, autonomy \nWhat We Offer You:\nWe provide comprehensive health and life coverage that is your safety net in times of need.\nHybrid model of working.\nMultisport card - fully covered by the Company.\nFood Vouchers \nTransportation and Communication Allowance \nCoffee, Fruits, and Healthy Food in the office.\nWork environment a diverse community united by shared goals and values, ambitious and driven by a friendly atmosphere.\nBIC World is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
