You will inform your supervisor of the machine efficiency, as well as, for any corrective and/or improvement actions that need to be taken. You will also participate in the preventive maintenance of these machines. You will be responsible for the training of the new machine operators. Finally, you will follow HSE and Quality regulations, as these are defined in our internal procedures.\nMain Responsibilities/Tasks:\nStart up and operation of Assembly & Packaging machines\nResponsible for 1st level of maintenance\nAccountable for training new machine operators\nParticipate in machine improvements \nParticipate in preventive maintenance\nMonitor and record machine interventions\nMonitor and record product and machine parameters\nCarry out product changeovers and machine set ups\nRequired to inform the Shift Supervisor and Production Supervisor\nCommunicate with QA, QC, Industrialization, Central Maintenance\nAble to identify safety issues and handle reporting to the Shift Supervisor\nResponsible for Quality Control of final product\nPerform pre-determined audit controls according to the inspection plan\nΤο comply with health, safety and environmental rules in accordance with company's policy and prescribed procedures\nQualifications\nRequired Skills\nTechnical School or Technical Institute Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, will beconsidered as a prerequisite\nCertified with minimum licence of Technician (Mechanical or Electrical)\nAdequate knowledge of English language (both written and verbal)\nAdvanced PC literacy (especially MS Office)\nWork in shifts\nPreferred Skills\n3 years of working experience, preferably in industrial field \nOther Skills\nStrong interpersonal skills to collaboratively work with BIC Team Members\nStrong attention to detail, work ethic, sense of urgency, and desire to deliver results.\nBIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
