At BIC World, you are empowered to take ownership of your career and use your unique perspective to make a meaningful, global impact on our mission.\nUnder the responsibility of the FP&A Director, you will work in close collaboration with the various Finance teams (Manufacturing, Country, Treasury, etc.) in order to participate in the monitoring and analysis of the Group's consolidated activity, and to control and challenge the elements contributing to the financial performance. You will participate in the production of reports and analyses for the Executive Committee and other governance bodies of the Group with the aim of strategic arbitration.\nAs such, your main missions are as follows:\nBe a business partner for the Executive Committee and the Group Finance team:\nYou will work closely with the Finance teams to gather the necessary analysis and explanations to understand and explain the Group's global P&L.\nYou will contribute to the preparation of monthly/quarterly reviews for the Group Executive Committee by highlighting insights relevant to decision-making.\nYou will be responsible for modeling different short, medium and long-term scenarios.\nLead and coordinate the Forecast/Budget/Business Plan processes:\nYou will be responsible for the coordination/animation of the group forecasting processes (forecast/budget/Business Plan), the consolidation of data as well as the preparation of reviews with the Group Executive Committee.\nYou will contribute to the target setting exercises during the Budget by ensuring compliance with the strategic orientations.\nConduct and recommend actions for continuous improvement:\nYou will participate in the development and implementation of tools to help the finance team better monitor performance\nYou know how to question the processes and working methods relating to closing and monthly and budget forecasts in order to be continuously in optimization to gain efficiency, accuracy and speed.\nYou will participate in ad hoc projects (tools/processes) carried out within the FP&A department\nQualifications \nMinimum level of education and/or professional experience required:\n5 to 10 years of experience in Management Control, ideally in a business unit and in mass consumption.\nProfessional skills / technical know-how required:\nStrong analytical and synthesis skills\nAbility to prioritize\nRigour, organization and reliability\nAppetite for continuous improvement\nHigh internal customer focus and results\nInterpersonal skills\nKnowledge of accounting, tax and legal rules\nAbility to challenge and convince\nSpecific skills (foreign languages, software, etc.)\nFluent in English\nIdeally mastered HFM & JDE\nPerfect mastery of office automation tools, especially Excel.\nBIC World is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
