At BIC World, you are empowered to take ownership of your career and use your unique perspective to make a meaningful, global impact on our mission.\nThe apprentice will contribute to key HR analytics and HR controlling activities, including:\nDesign, build, test, and maintain People Analytics and HR controlling reports, dashboards, and data visualisations (e.g. headcount, labor cost, workforce structure)\nSupport HR controlling processes, including headcount controlling, labor cost analysis, and Year-End (YE) processes\nContribute to compensation and social reporting, including topics such as gender pay gap, workforce demographics, and age or equity analyses\nGather business requirements and translate them into clear analytics or controlling deliverables\nSource, clean, validate, and structure data; contribute to the development of reliable data models\nTranslate data into actionable insights and present findings clearly to HR stakeholders\nPrepare user guides, documentation, and process materials to support self-service reporting and data literacy\nPartner with HR colleagues and local teams during HR processes, contributing to global legal, social, and compliance reporting\nSupport data quality controls and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of employee data in line with privacy regulations\nContribute to the ongoing development of analytical and digital capabilities across HR\nProfile Requirements\nStrong motivation, initiative, and ability to work proactively with a high degree of autonomy\nReliable, well-organized, and eager to learn in a fast-moving, data-driven environment\nStrong analytical mindset and comfort working with quantitative data\nTech-oriented profile with the ability to quickly learn BI tools and digital processes\nFirst experience in a corporate or professional environment is preferred\nTechnical Skills\nExcel: strong proficiency required (formulas, pivot tables, data preparation)\nPower BI: ability to use the tool as a creator, including building reports, dashboards, and queries\nUnderstanding of databases and data structures\nNice to have: knowledge of Python or R for statistical or data analysis\nExperience or strong interest in HR analytics, HR controlling, social/business controlling, or compensation topics\nEducation\nEnrolled in an HR- or data-focused Master program, such as:\nHuman Resources\nBusiness Administration\nData / Analytics\nEconomics\nIndustrial / Organizational Psychology or a related field\nSoft Skills\nCommunicative and collaborative, with the ability to present results clearly to stakeholders\nComfortable preparing documentation, user guides, and structured materials\nAble to work effectively both independently and as part of a team\nClear, professional written and verbal communication skills\nLanguages\nEnglish: C1 fluency required (written and spoken)\nFrench: a plus, but not mandatory\nWhat We Offer\nVaried and empowering assignments with real ownership and responsibility\nExposure to global HR analytics and HR controlling topics\nOpportunity to be proactive and take initiative in managing projects\nA flexible working environment\nA multicultural, international company environment\nBIC World is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
