This role is responsible for managing resources, timelines, and risks across projects, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining budget and quality standards. The Project Manager serves as a key point of contact between project teams and stakeholders during the project lifecycle.\nThe initial scope will be managing the WMS project, including initial deployment in North America and Mexico, followed by global scale and optimization.\nWhat will you do:\nProject Management: Develop project charters and governance structures, and facilitate Steering Committee meetings, workshops, and key decision forums. \nDevelop and maintain detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for each project.\nIdentify and manage dependencies between tasks, ensuring alignment across teams and timelines.\nCoordinate and oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, and budget adherence.\nWork with functional managers in IT Supply Chain to ensure that all project deliverables meet business needs and technical requirements.\nProgram Planning and Strategy\nContribute to program objectives and strategies that align with IT and Supply Chain goals.\nCollaborate with the Portfolio management team to ensure that project initiatives align with the overall portfolio and business objectives.\nConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for all projects under their responsibility.\nStakeholder Communication and Reporting\nRegularly communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to the key stakeholders.\nManage third-party vendors and implementation partners.\nProvide consistent updates and reports on project progress and facilitate meetings to ensure alignment and address issues as they arise.\nBudget Management and Resource Allocation\nCollaborate with the Portfolio Manager to manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of financial resources.\nAssist in resource planning and allocation, balancing needs across multiple projects.\nGovernance and Process Improvement:\nEnsure that IT project governance standards are followed, including change control processes, documentation, and approvals.\nSupport process improvement initiatives.\nStay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to supply chain management, leveraging insights to drive innovation and competitiveness.\nWhat you'll bring to BIC:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field\n3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, IT, Supply Chain or a related field.\nPreferably experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, and integration platforms, including WMS implementations and warehouse process transformation.\nFluent English. French or Spanish preferred. We are working in a multicultural environment\nStrong understanding of supply chain processes and IT transformation projects \nBasic understanding of IT systems and software applications commonly used in supply chain management (JDE, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Power BI, Plex, Shiptify)\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams and levels of the organization. \nAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.\nProficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).\nPreferred but not required: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent + certifications in Agile methodologies can be advantageous\nBIC World is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
