Mô tả công việc: Quản trị, vận hành và giám sát hệ thống máy chủ, mạng, lưu trữ và các dịch vụ hạ tầng CNTT của Tổng công ty. Triển khai, cấu hình và bảo trì các hệ thống máy chủ vật lý và máy chủ ảo. Quản trị các thiết bị mạng như Router, Switch, Firewall, Load Balancer, VPN, WiFi và hệ thống thoại IP (VoIP). Thực hiện cấu hình, tối ưu hiệu năng và bảo mật hệ thống mạng theo các tiêu chuẩn và chính sách an toàn thông tin của Tổng công ty. Triển khai, quản lý và vận hành các nền tảng ảo hóa như VMware. Quản trị các hệ thống dịch vụ Microsoft như Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, WSUS và các dịch vụ nền tảng khác. Theo dõi, phân tích và xử lý sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống, mạng, máy chủ, lưu trữ và trung tâm dữ liệu (Data Center). Thực hiện sao lưu, phục hồi dữ liệu và xây dựng các phương án đảm bảo tính liên tục trong vận hành hệ thống. Phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan trong quá trình triển khai dự án CNTT và các dự án chuyển đổi số của Tổng công ty. Tham gia xây dựng tài liệu kỹ thuật, tài liệu vận hành, quy trình quản trị và hướng dẫn sử dụng hệ thống.
