We are looking for Logistic Operations Coordinator to join local Logistic Operations team in Sered to help us with the coordination of transportation within BIC’s factories & distributions warehouses.\nResponsibilities/tasks:\nTransport management - trucks ordering based on volume from BIC‘s factories to BIC’s distribution warehouses\nFocus on truck utilization optimization\nCommunication with Factories, Supply Planners, Warehouses and Carriers\nShipment Follow Up - tracking + costs + lead time + claim management\nDashboard Data Capture regarding Cost and Service Monitoring\nFollow monthly carrier's KPI's\nControl transport invoices and follow cost evolution vs. budget\nSupport purchasing team and brief definition for transport tenders\nparticipation in projects linked to activity optimization with focus to keep service level and cost under control\nKey dimensions:\n1400 FTL per year\n7 Local distribution centers\n6 factories\nQualifications\nFluent English (written/spoken)\nFrench language skills will be consider an advantage\nSecondary school graduate with leaving exam or University (International transport, Customs Declaration or International Supply Chain is advantage)\n1-2 years in logistic coordination function is advantage\nComputer skills - Microsoft Office, Excel pivot tables\nTravel within Europe - up to around 4 times / year\norganized, accurate and responsible\ngood communication and listening skills\nanalytical thinking (performance and cost oriented analysis)\npro-active approach\nability to work in multicultural environment\nBIC World is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
