At BIC World, you are empowered to take ownership of your career and use your unique perspective to make a meaningful, global impact on our mission.\nLogistics / Transport Management Intern - Part-Time\nRole Purpose\nWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics / Transport Management Intern to provide part-time support to the Logistics team.\nThe role will primarily focus on performing operational checks within our Transport Management System (TMS), supporting data maintenance and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of logistics-related information.\nPrevious logistics experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with systems and data, learns quickly, and can adapt to new tools and processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform regular checks and validations in the Transport Management System (TMS).\nReview data for accuracy, completeness and consistency.\nIdentify missing, incorrect or inconsistent information and support its correction.\nMaintain and update logistics and transportation-related master and transactional data.\nSupport basic data analysis and preparation of reports when/if required.\nFollow up on identified system or data discrepancies with relevant team members.\nSupport the Logistics team with recurring system and data-management activities.\nFollow defined processes and working instructions while proactively highlighting opportunities for improvement.\nAssist with other logistics-related administrative and analytical tasks as needed.\nCandidate Profile\nCurrently enrolled as a university/college student; studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Data Management or a related field are an advantage but not mandatory.\nGood command of English - both written and spoken - is mandatory.\nStrong ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and tools.\nComfortable working with data and performing repetitive checks with a high level of accuracy.\nGood attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.\nReliable, organized and able to work independently after initial training.\nGood communication skills and willingness to collaborate with an international team.\nWhat We Offer\nPractical experience in an international Logistics / Supply Chain environment.\nHands-on exposure to a Transport Management System and logistics data processes.\nTraining and support from experienced Logistics team members.\nOpportunity to develop knowledge of transportation processes, systems and data management.\nFlexible part-time working arrangement compatible with university studies.\nKey Skills\nQuick learner | Attention to detail | Data accuracy | System adaptability | English communication | Reliability | Analytical mindset | Teamwork\nBIC World is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
